We started The Beauty Supply because we believed something simple that beauty should be for everyone. But the more we grew, the more we saw a gap. Talented young people with a passion for beauty, no clear path forward. Skilled professionals from underrepresented communities, overlooked and underfunded. People who love this industry but can't always access it.

So we built something to change that.

 

What is The Glow Fund?

The Glow Fund CIC is our community interest company a social enterprise built alongside The Beauty Supply with one purpose: To fund training, mentorship and real opportunities for young people, beauty professionals and underrepresented communities across the UK.

Every single order placed on thebeautysupplyuk.com contributes directly to The Glow Fund. You don't have to do anything extra. Just shop, and together we create change.

We're just getting started.

In 2026 we're launching our first funded training programme giving young people access to professional nail and beauty qualifications, mentorship from industry professionals, and the tools they need to build a career they love.

This is bigger than nail polish. This is a movement.
